Direct tax, from planning to appeal
Returns, tax audits, TDS and advance tax done on time, and a structured defence when the department raises questions.
Overview
Tax year 2026-27 is the first under the Income-tax Act, 2025. Forms, section numbers and terms have changed, while returns for the year ended 31 March 2026 are still due under the 1961 Act. Businesses need both handled correctly at the same time.
Our direct tax team prepares and files returns, runs tax audits, manages TDS and TCS compliance on the new forms, and represents clients in faceless assessments, appeals and settlement proceedings.
