What we do

We are Chartered Accountants working on tax, audit and regulatory matters for companies, NBFCs, listed entities, partnership firms, trusts and individuals, including Indian subsidiaries of foreign groups and non-resident Indians.

Our work covers international taxation and transfer pricing, direct tax advisory and litigation, GST, mergers and restructuring, NBFC management and RBI compliance, SME IPOs and listed company compliance, audit and assurance, and company law and FEMA.
