Vinod Kumar Kila is the Senior Partner of the firm and a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He graduated in commerce from the University of Rajasthan.

He is actively involved with several Direct Tax and Indirect Tax committees of ICAI, and is an Executive Member of the ASSOCHAM Expert Committees on Finance, Banking and Capital Markets.

He leads the firm's audit and company law practice, covering statutory, tax and bank audits, and heads its business and transaction advisory work. Corporate clients consult him on project finance, capital structure and funding proposals.

He follows financial markets and instruments closely, which informs the firm's work for NBFCs, listed companies and businesses raising capital.

Vikas Kumar Gogasaria is a Partner and has been a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2003. He has been in practice for more than 17 years.

He looks after the firm's international taxation work, including cross-border transactions, treaty positions and transfer pricing documentation. He also leads bank audits, GST audits and branch accounting assignments.

He is a regular speaker at the firm's internal training sessions, where he takes the team through recent case law on current tax issues.

Princy Kila is a Partner and a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She holds a bachelor's degree in commerce and was a merit holder in the IPCC examination. She has been with the firm since 2018.

She handles direct and indirect tax litigation, from notices and assessments through to appeals, and leads statutory and tax audit engagements.

Clients rely on her for structured, well-documented responses in income-tax assessments and GST proceedings.

Komal Kila is a Partner and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She is a commerce graduate from the University of Rajasthan.

Her practice centres on income-tax assessments and settlement proceedings, supported by work on statutory audits, internal audits and direct and indirect tax compliance.
